Search Expert Launches
Olympic Ready Reference Site
. |
Net search guru Gary Price, who runs
the popular Virtual Acquisition
Shelf and News Desk, has launched a new ready reference compilation
for the upcoming Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. The Olympic Ready
Reference Shelf is available at http://www.freepint.com/gary/olympicreference.html.
Culling from data from national or
international Olympic organizations, the compilation contains some statistical
and/or Olympic record information for all countries. He's included additional
info for the teams from the U.S., Canada, and Great Britain.
Additionally, there is a link to
the Olympic Marketing Fact File, a 165 page document. This manual is a
valuable resource for Olympic marketing information - it includes Salt
Lake 2002 Winter Olympic Games facts; i.e. vital statistics, marketing
programmes, revenue generation and distribution. It also includes overviews
of Olympic broadcasting, TOP worldwide sponsor programme, other IOC marketing
programmes, and future Organising Committees programmes.
