Scholarships for postsecondary education are available for victims' dependent children, spouses, or domestic partners. Families of victims are encouraged to register all dependents as soon as possible, whether they are in school now or are just being born.

The website provides a one-stop shop for families seeking information about the Alliance and serves as an information clearinghouse to ensure that financial assistance for postsecondary education gets to those who need it most with minimal paperwork.

The Alliance has adopted a common registration database and scholarship application form that will be used by Citizens' Scholarship Foundation of America(SM) (CSFA) to identify those scholarships for which each applicant is eligible. CSFA, the nation's largest administrator of scholarship programs, will also manage the distribution of scholarships to applicants on behalf of most Alliance scholarship providers.

CSFA will provide information annually for approximately the next 25 years to all eligible and registered families to remind them of the ongoing financial support for postsecondary education.

A toll-free phone number, 1-877-862-0136, is also available to initiate the registration process of eligible families without Internet access.
