The world has become increasingly aware of copyright law, intellectual property ownership, and the lawsuits which have arisen from the misuse of music, which is owned by various copyright owners.

The impact has also been felt by schools, says site MusicForEducation.com creator Shaun Harris. "Schools have come to understand that they cannot incorporate music into student produced TV programs, videos, CD yearbooks, etcetera, without first securing the rights to legally use the music.  But this is typically a nightmare to negotiate as well as being cost prohibitive.  I created MusicForEducation.com to be a very affordable solution to provide the highest quality music, for every conceivable situation or need, at a most affordable price, as well as addressing and satisfying  all legal copyright requirements.

All the music on the site is available at a very affordable, one time buyout price, and may be reviewed free on-line at http://www.MusicForEducation.com . The site also features The Award Winning Music library.  Any purchased music may be used in full compliance with ALL applicable Federal and International copyright law. The music is licensed directly to the client, for you to use in your various projects.

The music on the site encompasses a broad and diverse cross section of musical styles, moods and genres. You can find everything from classical performances of Tchaikovsky, Bach, Vivaldi, Rossini, Grieg, Liszt and others, performed by, The Moscow International Symphony Orchestra, to more main stream idioms of music, in today's American culture, from Hip-Hop to Count.

The excellent musicianship on their albums includes performances by musicians who record with artists from James Taylor to Faith Hill.

MusicForEducation.com is the new educational division of RoyaltyFreeMusic.com, also founded by Harris earlier this year.  In addition to educational settings, Harris explains that a number of businesses are faced with the same challenge, from restaurants who cannot legally play music, without having paid for and secured  the rights to use that music.

"Real estate offices sometimes use music in videos which they produce to sell specific pieces of
property. This cannot legally be done, unless they have first paid for the rights to use the music.
Sadly, even funeral parlors are not immune, as any music played during such ceremonies must have been paid for and the rights secured."

MusicForEducation.com, and RoyaltyFreeMusic.com are both divisions of "Award Winning Music", a  Medford OR based company founded by Shaun Harris.  Harris has five albums of his own on Warner Bros-Reprise and Capitol Records, as a singer-songwriter, arranger, producer. He is a published author and playwright, and was president of Barry Manilow's publishing company.

Mr.Harris' parents were both in the fine arts. His mother taught post graduate courses at the renowned Julliard School of Music at the age of 15, and his father's works were performed by such luminaries as Leonard Bernstein, and The New York Philharmonic. www.RoyHarrisAmericanComposer.com
