BubbleMonkey.com provides information on alcohol and other drugs as well as referrals to local programs where teens and their families can get help. 

"Pervasive use of the Internet gives young people an opportunity to learn more about dealing with alcohol and other drug problems in a confidential and anonymous manner," said Mathea Falco, president of Drug Strategies, the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit research institute that developed the site. "This Web site is an important new resource that builds on the many health programs already being provided in the city's schools."
