‘Artisans and Craftsmen’ has been developed as an online venue promoting participants from around the globe who upload their art, craft and services for sale on a contingency basis.  Visitors to the site browse through artist profiles categorized according to artistic medium, which when activated yield products and/or services appropriate to that category. 
 
Typically online venues remain vigilant erecting and fortifying walls that separate.  Transactions are handled to fruition with little to no contact between merchant and customer.  Such methods are detrimental to sales in this industry, which historically requires acute customer relations.  The Architecturals.net suite of web continues to be developed in an effort to strip away barriers to sales success.  This is apparent in recent improvements featuring direct links from the both the art and antique merchant communities allowing customers to instantaneously click through limiting the time between the decision to buy and execution of sale.  Such transactions are not tracked; instead an optional Cost-Per-Click program is activated.
