So Steve had a problem. What was he going to tell his son? That they had to go to the same place they'd been going to for years and years (which BTW, was his first post on the site). Instead, Steve and his son embarked on a journey to find new hills that were just as fun, but also without trespassing on someones property. When they did spot a a hill that looked promising, then the questions started to arise. Was the hill on private property or public land? Would permission be granted to sled? Were there any hazards on or at the bottom of the hill? Figuring that there were probably others throughout the United States and Canada that had same dilema and curiosity he came up with the concept for the website. The site can only grow with input from other people, so please submit any and all hills (besides your backyard, travelled roadways and ski resorts of course), lesser known or popular. All submissions will be reviewed before posting. URL: http://www.sledriding.com/

. | What
is the URLwire Network?
URLwire is an email, web, RSS, and blog based alert service for people who write about and review web sites, like Yahoo Picks of the Week or USA Today Hot Sites or WDFM. Learn more . Who uses URLwire? Two key groups: 1). Editors and site reviewers looking for great sites to write about and link to. 2). Online news search engines and news syndicates like Moreover.com and Newshub syndicate the URLwire headline links. Thousands of sites have linked to various URLwire site announcements since 1994 . How do sites get on URLwire? I only announce useful, unique, or educational web content on URLwire. I send the announcement to online site reviewers and journalists who are looking for new web content to write about and link to, and I post an online version of the site announcement here. I've announced thousands of sites on URLwire since it debuted in 1994. If you think
